ORDER PROCESSING


By purchasing from Mishka Samuel you are supporting a small American business - thank you so much! Mishka Samuel is run by a small team of crystal lovers and our mala beads are designed and made to order in our California studio. We love that we’re able to mindfully create malas with each individual customer in mind & heart and appreciate your support. 

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days (excluding custom orders). We ship via USPS First Class, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express with delivery confirmation.

We do our very best to provide excellent customer service. If you have any concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to email us. We will be more than happy to answer your questions. Please allow for up to 48 hours to receive a response.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


We ship worlwide. USPS International shipping usually takes 8-15 business days but can take up to 3-5 weeks. We are not able to guarantee delivery timing for international orders. Tracking number is available to selected countries.
 
Additional fees/duties may apply upon delivery in your country of residence. These fees are separate from your Mishka Samuel purchase and depend on your country's laws.

RETURN POLICY


We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, or if you prefer a different size or style, we offer both returns and exchanges (on non-custom made items). To qualify for either, your mala(s) must meet the following criteria:

1. You must request your return/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order (excluding orders placed in November and December, see holiday return policy below).
2. The item is in its original condition, showing absolutely no signs of use/wear and is packaged with care in its original box.
3. The item is completely free of all odors, including but not limited to perfume, cologne, cigarette smoke, and pet odors/pet hair.

If we receive a return/exchange item that doesn't meet all of the criteria, the offer to exchange or refund may be voided.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless you received a wrong order by mistake.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY


If you are not completely happy with your gift, please get in touch to arrange an exchange, free resizing or return. All orders placed in November and December are eligible for return/exchange until January 5th.

CUSTOM ORDER RETURNS


We do not accept returns on custom-made items. However, if you receive your order and are not completely satisfied, please get in touch and we will do our best to work out a solution.
